MICROTRANSACTION NOT SORPORTED AND SUPPORT EMAIL NOT WORKING!

I purchased the Sunprism Chaos Skill Effects Bundle, thinking it would work for Path of Exile 2. But apparently, it is not supported. I want to get the credits back to purchase something that is supported in the game.

If you have emailed them then you just need to wait, they do have a very large queue thanks to the Early access and now they have the xmass/new year holidays. (also assuming you have not been trying to bump your email by sending more)

As for the MTX they did make a statement in one of the Q&A's that all of the older ones will be included in the game just at a later date, because it's not as simple as just porting assets and there are thousands of MTX to update.
