refund after 3 hours of play? poe2 question

so i have activated the steam key but aparently i cannot refund it because im over 2 hours of playtime and i didnt bought the key on steam itself

Steam doesn't have your money, so how would they refund the game? You will have to contact GGG and ask them. Don't know what their refund policy is but probably isn't one since this is EA.
