Can't enter first trials couch coop

Everytime I get in the first trials on act 2, I crash, playing on PC, on couch coop.

I got to enter with the P2 entering, but the traps lags a lot, goes to 5 fps, and crashes the instance.

I had the same problem - the first trial was crashing when entering it in coop, with one player activating the coin.
Then we both put the coin, and the trial started without crashing, but then the trial itself was completely bugged - most of the core mechanics of each room type didn't work as intended (e.g. the timer room didn't have the timer started).
Eventually we've decided to finish the trial separately in solo mode, and it worked as intended. So it's definitely something about coop.

I had similar problems in the trials. We were able to enter the trial of the sehkemas, but on the first trial the timer runs out but the monsters keep spawning infinitely. We each had to run the trial solo.

+1 on the clock running out bug.

To complete the trial we had to log separately into our characters and do the trial alone each at a time.
