I am getting this same error on the Steam version and the stand alone client.
I have the same error.

The last line is: 2024/12/10 23:12:58 2255234 d5a32775 [CRIT Client 24200] Failed to decompress (corrupted data)

The characteristics are similar, only the i7-13700k processor.

The game crashes periodically, most often when loading a new location. What is on dx12 and what is on Vulkan.

Posting in case anyone else comes across this. I had this presenting on login, game would immediately crash. A mix of PackCheck, and deleting the contents %appdata%/Path of Exile 2/Minimap and your respective shader cache version fixed it without having to full re-install.
To all having same issue: you most likely running intel cpu if so just disable turbo mode in bios settings.
@palluch22#3090...Thank you! So far this has worked for me.
