Cant have same support gem in several skills/spells?

Hi,

So i made another Arcane Tempo to have in another spell and it says "you already have that in another spell". Am i missing something? This cant be on purpose i hope. If i want all my spells to fire faster that must be allowed. PoE1 has no issues with this. Do i have to do something to unlock this?
