Chat function message limits are ridiculous

Many times when talking to someone in my OWN PARTY or on whisper. I get timed out and have to wait at least 5 minutes to send another message, whilst they are stood there waiting for a reply.

It is extremely frustrating and the message limit should NOT apply for party chat!
