Twitch drops show in PoE account on website but not available in game

I have all 3 twitch drops, and show as confirmed on the PoE website under twitch rewards but they do not show up in game. Last bumped on Dec 19, 2024, 4:05:02 PM

I currently am having this issue as well but I found out my account is split between the 2 still even upon "merging" and my twitch is connected to the old one holding no character progression, I updated the main account to be connected to my twitch as well as of tonight.
TLTR if you have merged accounts recently, make sure you connect twitch to the correct one if not both. |

Same here. PLease support help me with this. The right account is connected and the drops are claimed. Still the drops are not shown in steam.

Wow seems like a lot of us with this issue, hopefully GGG can get around to this after the higher priority stuff.

" The problem is pathofexile.com and their connection to steam. They should send it again to the same account, that the already claimed drops reach its destined steam account. A refresh-send is not possible, because it blocks another connection to steam. So we are unable to go around this issue. Even the support support@grindinggear.com does not answer, since 2 days.. and now are only 2 days left to get it. That's what i call digitalism - and connection - issues.
