demon form + ingenuity unexpected interaction

When you socket ingenuity in Infernalist's demon form, the change in cooldown is different than the tooltip. Without second wind the tooltip says it's 15.38 seconds but it's actually somewhere around 12.5 seconds, and with second wind the tooltip says 30.77 seconds but is actually around 66.8 seconds, more than double the listed cooldown.

Same here, Demon form is broken with a lot of things it seems.
