Deterministic FPS spikes/drops on flask use, gear and gem swapping

Whenever I equip and unequip specific items I get an FPS drop deterministically. I go from stable 120 FPS to what feels like the game freezing then back to stable 120 FPS. This also occurs when I use flasks, which feels pretty bad. Whenever the bug happens I can hear the sound effect which is played (I think?) when you don't meet the requirements for something, which is making me think that all gear is getting unequipped then re-equipped for each action related to them.

Same issue when I use my mana flask

Same here on my infernalist - makes mapping very irritable. Had to rebuild for max mana/hp regen so I don't have to use flasks as much xD.

Please fix!

If you have an attribute on your Weapon, put a weapon with the needed amount of attributes in your second slot to maintain your Gear during weapon slot change.
