Cast On Shock

I'm playing as an invoker monk, the buff skill cast on shock says I don't have enough spirit, even though I have 110 spirit and it asks for 60 spirit

You should check if ur INT/DEX/STR stat is high enough either for Cast On Shock or the Skill ur trying to use, it gave me the same error eventho i just didnt had enough INT

edit: I put 89 int and it still didn't work even though it asked for 83 int |

I found that I needed to socket a gem for it to trigger before i was able to turn it on
