Grim Feast does not create Remnents if a minion has Last Gasp.

I have 6 Skeletal Warriors linked with Last Gasp, Infernal Legion and Minion Instability. They don't produce Grim Remnants when they die, but if I remove Last Gasp, they do.

yeah same, i hope its just a bug and not intended.

It seems it also does not count for Cast on Minion Death when Last Gasp is socketed, so I suppose its not just for Grim Feast.
