Balbala bug

I used 1 hour or so, finally manage to kill Balbala in cruel. But then, I died like 1 seconds before her. I did not noticed did Balbala's Barya dropped or not.

Then after more tries, I finally kill her again, but yet no Balbala's Barya drop. My act 2 cruel map still show lvl22 Trial of the Sekhemas

Any help?

I have not the same but similar bug.

In cruel act 2, I have picked up Barya drop and have spend it in normal act 2 trial by mistake when was visiting vendors there. Now location of trial in cruel act 2 is not available from desert map. Tried to kill Balbala again couple times, throw away all other non-quest Barya drops and kill her again. Did not help.

Same issue here.

Killed Balbala like 3-4 times now on cruel and she doesn't drop the coin for me to go to the Sekhemas trial.

Sounds like my issue too. No tokens will drop any more and the ones I used did not give second ascendency. Quest for traitors passage is stuck no matter what I do as well.

Killed Balbala twice in Act 2 Cruel for the Ascent to Power quest. She did not drop the quest item.

Balbala does not drop a quest item in Cruel, only in Normal.
