Lost the relic necessary to run trials

I can't seem to do trials again cause i'm missing the relic Balbala gives to you.

same issue ported in the completion room and the portal bugged. Did not give my coin back

Have same issue today. I teleported to the city and I coulnt return because portal did not want me come back. After I logged out and logged in and portal has gone and my balbala relic didnt appear. Still got a quest, I killed balbala again but she didnt give me relic again so I am stuck in confusion what to do :D

The solucion is very easy :D
Go to the gate and speak with ghost of balabala and choose an option you want to try again :)
And you can have the green item to put into the altar :)
