2 Accounts in one (?!)

So, i've already played the poe1 for a little time and then i decided to buy the poe2.
But, for my surprise, now it's like I have 2 accounts in one same login, both of then linked to my steam (i bought it from there) and it seems like my points from the EA pack went to the "Ornellas" one, but when i logged in the game, its like i'm on the "XSupremous" account and don't have any points.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

Many people have this issue. However, if both of these accounts are linked to your Steam account, that probably mean they are considered as subaccounts. In this case, you might be able to switch subaccounts while opening POE2.
