Cannot reach Altar of Ascendancy. Cannot Ascend.

Hi there,

I ported out of the ascendancy room to sell items. Could not port back. Now I am unable to ascend, unable to do the trials again, and unable to progress.

In game name is Nonkel.

Please help with this, I took the entire day off work to play, and I really don't want to spend it just stuck...
