Viper Napuatzi boss stuck outside of her warriors and can't fight anymore.

I startred the fight and after some time she flies to the air and starts droping targeted comets on you. After some time her warriors were doing a step forward and she landed outside of the arena (area outisde of soldiers), so that made her untargetable by damaging skills and not being able to finish the fight.

I am dealing with the exact same thing right now and it seems I cannot get my character out of the fight.
