Unknowingly had 2 PC accounts - POE2 EA but Coins are on POE 1 account?

Hi all, so i haven't played POE in a while, 2 weeks ago I bought a supporter pack to get EA to POE2 which gave me 300 coins.

For a whole day I couldn't figure out why every time I logged in via steam it said I didn't have Early Access, that is when from clicking around I saw I had (2) accounts here, I linked the 2nd account and got into POE2 EA finally..

Here comes the odd part..

The 300 coins are on the POE1 account.

So 1 account got the POE2 EA the other older account with my POE1 char on it has the 300 coins.

I emailed support but got an error saying they are not able to receive emails at this time. Any ideas of what I can do to get my 300 coins to my POE2 account and not lose my POE2 progress.

Same here. I wonder if we buy the stash tub on POE1 account (with 300 coins), will it be shared between merged accounts?

Also, as I remembered, there's an account switch option on POE1 login page, but I see none in POE2.

Unfortunately, I've tried to email support everyday and towards the end of the night I get a delayed deliverable email saying they're not accepting emails at the time.

Has anyone figured out if you buy stash tabs with the other account that your other account would also receive those stash tabs?.

I find it crazy that there's no replies from them considering so many people have their coins on a separate account or haven't received their points

Yea and I feel dumb adding money to buy them because i know I will get my coins sooner or later, issue is i still cant send support emails they keep getting returned lol
