Spark disabled somehow

I just noticed Spark dissapeared from my skill list, when i checked the gem is still there, usable but shows no damage details and trying to access the stats page just says "This information is currently unavailable".

I encountered a similar issue. Here’s what happened: I replaced a ring with 21 Dexterity with another ring that had no Dexterity, which caused my character's stats to no longer meet the Dexterity requirement for the skill gem **SPARK**. Afterward, I added Dexterity through passive skill points to meet the requirement for the gem. The skill gem was placed in the skill socket, but the **SPARK** skill did not appear in the skill bar and could not be used.

I attempted the following actions to resolve the issue, but none were successful:
1. Exiting the game and re-entering.
2. Removing all skill gems and reinstalling them.
3. Unequipping all items, such as rings, gloves, boots, and necklaces, and then re-equipping them.
4. Restarting my Windows system.
5. Letting my character die to monsters and reviving in town.
6. Using another character to equip the SPARK gem.

[Removed by Support]. Additionally, I used crafting currency in the game to make this gem a 5-socket item.

This issue is extremely frustrating, and it has significantly worsened my experience with the game. Please address this bug as soon as possible. Thank you for your hard work and attention. I Have the same issue and literally prevents me from playing, it was duplications, hacks , now this I mean and we pay for this , RESOLVE ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got the same proble. I can't use or see my spark. I tryed to move the spark skill gem on my other carcater (Mercenary) and without to met the required starts (The mercenary has 112int and the skill required 205int) and i was able to use it. So only my Sourcere can't use it. I solved the problem by creating a new lv19 Spark gem. And i had to buy Perfect jewel orb and a lv20 Uncut skill gem to upgrade it as it was my first one. I'm able to use the new one now. But the old one is still broken.

I am having the same issue.

My regular spark, level 14, works fine, with my 3 support gems.

My new spark, level 16, from my weapon, can only use 2/3 of the support gems (Unleash will NOT go in it), and I am completely unable to add the spark gained from the weapon to my hotbar.

The DPS from the level 16 weapon spark shows - , but the level 14 from my skill gem shows 804.
