PoE2 beta feedback - bonestorm / unearth / UI / General

[Bonestorm] I'm in Act 2 and using Bonestorm as my primary... bruh I can NOT hit the little spiders and beetles. I can fully charge up a BS, shotgun everything in a 1x1 meter square, and do 0 damage to an enemy if its Small. I really think the targeting should be looked at regarding that.. * the snakes in act 3 are also extremely hard to hit right now the skill has a constant channel cast. but visually it looks like there is a cap on how many bones you can have summoned. should the ability not cap the channeling cost to the final bone generated? like, channeling cost until max bones reached. then you can just hold it for free to aim. [Unearth] this ability seems to only resurrect corpses that it hits on the outer 1/3rd of the animation. its very awkward and inconsistent to use --- UI: [map] The map is a bit confusing for me to look at.. at least in Act 2. Act 1 was pretty clear, but with the amount of locations in 2, and the fact that some of them intersect (the cave systems in particular), it is visually very confusing. though I'm not sure of a suggestion fix for this. I think at least making the completed bosses/POIs slightly more dark or the incomplete ones slightly brighter would be a good general idea. but that wasnt really the main problem. [quests] is there a way to stop tracking a quest and have it NOT show up on the map? I don't want anything to do with the sanctum quest lol. and again, it adds more visual clutter to the overall map browsing [spell bar] in PoE1 I was able to hover over my skills on the spell bar and read what they do, and also hold alt (I think) to get detailed info. that doesn't seem to be an option here but I'd prefer if it was. its nice to just quickly see what my minion cap is on a spell or general important info without opening a whole window. --- Controls: [interact] I'd love to be able to switch the general interact button from LMB to RMB, but that doesnt appear to be an option --- General: [performance] game kinda runs like ass. for the first 10 min or so if I try loading an area and firing off bonestorm, I straight up disconnect from the server. I have everything on minimum settings and can run PoE1 just fine with medium/high settings. I'm expecting this is just.. beta/new game woes but while I'm typing feedback I might as well mention it [audio - bug] upon picking up my very first uncut gem, the audio bugged and I had the.. gem pickup sound on loop until I actually completed the tutorial prompt to cut it. [audio - lore] I noticed that 90% of the environmental lore no longer auto plays after you close out of the window. is this expected to be implemented in the full version of the game? or only certain lore triggers? [visual clarity - general] in general its quite a bit harder to tell whats going on than in PoE1.. although I also had to nuke my graphic settings so I'm sure thats making it a bit worse.. but I think the main issue is that the environment looks so cluttered. it looks GOOD, but when im looking at dense foliage of multiple colors and try to spot a small grey guy... its going to be much harder than if he were on a more simplified looking terrain. [visual clarity - boss] in particular it was almost impossible to see the ally NPC shield during the Act 2 Jamanra boss fight. while in a group, several of us couldn't see her at all. please consider increasing the visibility of her and/or her shield [Act 3 Encampment] it's very annoying that I am unable to vendor or access my stash when I portal in the Ziggurat Encampment, from the portal.. ancient.. history.. timeline area. having to go through an additional loading screen when theyre already taking awhile seems very unnecessary.. --- General (subjective) commentary: so far I love the gameplay, but it IS a different game than PoE 1. I kind of miss the infinite possibilities of combining gems.. (cough CAST ON CRIT which yall killed COUGH) and so far there arent really any spells that are new or exciting to me by themselves.. I'll have to see how I feel after getting a better grasp of ascendancies + the unreleased classes...
