Cant make stash public

I have premium stash and when i turn it on and press save pop up windows shut down but it wont go public

I'm having trouble finding how to setup my premium stash public? I can't find any options for it. L3 + left arrow only shows options for affinities etc.

Should there be a public option or where can I find it?

Sorry if hijacking the thread but having trouble accessing trading.

1) buy a premium from the shop
2) go to stash in town
3) press L3 you see a line where it says ''public'' use your left controller stick to go to the option
4) press X to make it public
5) SAVE by pressing square
