[POE2] HP Scaling of Trash Monsters

Lets talk about Trash HP Scaling. Scaling been an exile-issue.

Im a total newb about early game dmg scaling. I either cheesed it with some currency from an earlier playthrough, or just smashed my head at the wall untill it broke nevermind how bad my dps was.

In PoE2 i made it to act3 so far and i dislike how long it takes to kill trash monsters. I dont mind the slower runspeed without movement skills, but damn combat does feel lame if nothing dies.

Currently im carried by Demonform, +4 Gemlevels is great for spells. At that level of dps, it feels way better. Trash dies in a few seconds, Rares maybe 5-30seconds. Bosses require like 3 times stacking up to 30 Demonflame, around 2-3 Minutes.
But should this be this way?

Should Demonform be the default? Once i run out of health potions to keep it up - i portal to use the well in town, not very fun to loading screen twice.
I like to think of it more as an ultimate button, for rares or bosses. Even if it can have a 100% uptime in lategame, it doesnt feel right in early game.

What leads me to the question - why do early monsters have so much HP? Is it really nessecary to do a full dmg rotation 3 times or more for a single trash monster in the early acts?
It doesnt add good value to the game, if i have to show a zombie my full keybinds 3 times.

A trashy monster should just be a trashy monster. I shouldnt need triple dmg from Demonform to kill it, not even a full rotation of curses, debuffs, buildups to do so.

Dont get me wrong guys - i like a difficult game, but i always disliked artifical difficulty by bigger numbers. There has to be some mechanics added if you rescale the HP for difficulty or its just boring. POE1 reusing the maps for acts or über-bosses done it right.

Trash monsters with that much HP are just a waste of my time. A game doesnt have to be difficult everywhere all the time.
