Balbala's Barya is gone

After I was defeated by the last boss, After that, Balbala's Barya disappeared.

How to solve the problem?

I tried to go back and raid this item drop, and I didn't find it again.

Same here - Act 2 (cruel) Ascent to power / Travel to traitors passage.

reset instance and killed boss 3 times now.

stuck.

Any answer to this as yet?

I am not sure what happen I never even tried the Trials for a second go (Cruel) but I cannot get to Sek now, just stuck at:

Ascent to Power - Travel to Traitors Passage

Balbala's Barya is no where (certain I picked it up the first time but its now not in inventory) - so not sure what to do.

I have a similar problem, I reset the trial of sekhema after placing the barya by mistake (I haven’t entered the trial at all). Now, I can’t get it by any other way and there is no way to progress through ascendency without it.
