Double accounts? Cant contact support.

Hello i have 2 problems.

I have for some reaseon two accounts now. And i have tryd to contact (support@grindinggear.com) but i only get a message that it dident go tru.

my problems are as follow: I have for some reasons 2 accouns now.

and

on my main accont i have 2500h +. But the problem here is that the mail i use for it is inactive so i cant change it to the one i use.

And when i bought the game a accedently bought it on the account i dont use..

So what do i want..

I want to move or refund the beta key.
and remove the account i dont use and change the email on my main to the mail i do use.

i only started the game on that account so if a refund are possible thats good and i can rebuy it on my real account.
