Guild coins missing

I donated 185 coins to the guild, so I can purchase another quad stash for it. I first donated 5 coins saturday or sunday, and then the other 180 today (monday). I don't see the guild coins, but my coins have been used. Is there a way to get them faster, or do I have to wait?

I had this same issue happen to my guild, friend placed 150 coins in after I put in 35 coins my 35 went in right away and his 150 have been floating since yesterday and still waiting for it to appear
