Linking PS5/PC account+unlock process before continuing issue

I've been sending emails for days and no help. What do I need to do in order for the unlock process email and to link the accounts? Need to do this in order to access chat and to make trading possible.. as I can't trade without typing what I'm buying or selling. Or if that's too much to ask, a refund would be great. Thanks...
