I need support, poe duplicate split accounts, can't access stash tabs
Hello, when i registered my poe2 key on pathofexile.com i was one of the people who couldn't login via Steam for the first 12 hours because of "you do not have access" and not getting a verification email. During that time, i installed poe2 using the poe2 installer once the website came up. There i noticed i have Two usernames. I did not create two usernames. I have only ever used one steam account and one e-mail address. Now my account is "split", for reasons beyond my control, and I do not have access to any of my stash tabs or anything.
I would like this fixed please and have gotten no reply from support@grindinggear.com (please do not comment with follow up questions unless you are Staff who can actually rectify this issue, this is a Backend issue that needs to be resolved by staff) I have sent the duplicate account info to support@grindinggear.com with screenshots in the poe2 launcher showing my 2 different account #'s (i did NOT create a 2nd account) Last edited by saucy#4556 on Dec 9, 2024, 3:56:10 PM Last bumped on Dec 13, 2024, 7:31:03 AM

bump. where is the support? where is the staff. i have been unable to get help via email. I am ready to purchase some more tabs and cosmetics but I can't until my account split merge issue is fixed
