problem with connecting accounts, epic game and poe2 game account

Hello, I have connected my account with the epic account, in the epic library there is the purchased poe2 early access game, unfortunately here there is information that I do not have early access and even the 300 coins did not appear.

you need to check that the key you got is an Early Access Key and not a Client Key. They are different and some people for example get multiple Key for the same account to play on different platforms (Steam/Epic..) but these keys are just to download the client/launcher they don't give EA.
