Steaming Springs Visual Bug

Experiencing flashing white circles when walking near water pools in the Steaming Springs map.

Running on a PC with a 5700x3D and RX 7900 GRE. Using latest GPU drivers (24.12.1).

I'm experience this bug too, lots of screen flashing

Same here but getting black squares popping up on my screen randomly and only on Steaming Springs map.

same bug, except its a seizure inducing compilation of flickering lights and black textures going crazy.

Anytime I kill monsters the screen starts flickering over certain dead monsters. I can move away from the area and it stops but anytime I return it starts again.file:///C:/Medal/Clips/Path%20of%20Exile%202/MedalTVPathofExile220250126112137.mp4 here is a link to what happens.
