The Slithering Dead - Act 3 (Cruel) - SOFT LOCKED after Beating the Game

I did not turn in the reward for The Slithering Dead in Act 3 Cruel. I was waiting until after beating the game to decide what I wanted to choose. After beating the game, I can no longer go back to the Ziggurat Encampment (Present) to turn in and get the Venom Draught reward. This is so annoying especially with how important Chaos Res is in mapping

Does somebody know something I don't? Is there a way for me to turn this in?

Not sure if this'll help or not, but there's a zone called the Venom Crypts that'll progress this quest, not sure if you can find a way back to that part of the campaign or not but managed to just finish this quest now.

same issue here i finished the act 3 cruel mode while thinking about which to pick and now i cant turn it in anymore, i also tried to teleporting to someone whose in the previous quest state but it still takes me to my version without npcs

I can confirm it's possible to do this quest after you finish the act, whether you have to do the whole quest, or just the turn in part, or just the pick reward part.

For anyone else stuck trying to get back to "Ziggurat Encampment (Present)" (which has all of the NPC's) instead of "Ziggurat Encampment (Past)" which is where the map teleport makes you go.

Travel to any of the zones which are "Present" on the map, then use your teleport button to go back to town, and it will take you back to Ziggurat Present where you can see Servi again and turn in the quest!!

I encountered this issue as well. Please give me some suggestions.
I've tried going back to the Venom Crypt, but it turns out that the Corp doesn't drop the poison or talk to the NPC and there's no reward option.

I also finished the campaign, came back to the crypts on act 3 (normal) and the body isn't there, not sure how to complete the quest

same problem here, when i click "Ziggurat Encampment (Present)" it takes me to the past one and also the name changes to past, i can see the portal wich is off, in the minimap appear a gate icon but nothing happens



EDITED: Ok i found the solution, go to JUNGLE RUINS (present) and walk all the way to Ziggurat Encampment
