[D3D12] Constant Buffer overflow
Every few maps, during a juiced ritual encounter (4x Glacier boss vessels in the map device), the whole screen starts to flicker, and when that happens, about 50% of the time the client will crash. The log file indicates a DirectX 12-related buffer overflow.

got this while in the jungle city, was tabed out for a bit then i Alt+tabed back to the game. and got this message.
