Beastial Skin node bugs

If you are using Beastial Skin node on the passive tree with the General's Bindings node on the passive tree it doesn't provide any extra armour as it should.

seems to not work wihout generaläs bindings eather.
combo spectral ward and beastal skin doesnt give me any extra ES what so ever |

I have Beastial Skin on a corrupted amulet, and see zero changes to my evasion rating when it is equipped.

Same. Passive skill is not working.
