Cant get into ACT3 on PS5

After beating final boss of act2 the game tells me to talk to the reaper in the first town.
and after that it shows the cutscene from the beginning of act 2.

Folowing with me at the beginning of act2 BUT i cant do any quest or so. But infinit numbers of boss fights that where alrdy done. Any of them... Does anyone have a solution? :(

Happened twice now. 1time with witch and now ranger. Im so sad.....
