lost characters, all gear, all costmetics, all stash tabs

hi i have returned to POE after many years now that i finally have some time to game again.
i installed POE, logged in, only to find my characters were no longer there, i created a character and notcied an empty stash, no stash tabs, no cosmetics, basically everything was gone accept a level 4 hardcore character. ive sent many emails but have yet to get a reply, i spent a decent amount of money on the game including a few packs which included a Tshirt back in the day, which i still have. would love to get rockin and rollin again, i fell i shouldnt have to buy all these things for a second time. any help would be greatly appriciated <3 Last bumped on Jan 8, 2025, 6:12:14 PM

When you're at character select, at the top, is there a button you can push to switch between sub-accounts? With a controller, I think it's R3. You may have unwittingly created another account at some point, which would probably have the same name but a different 4-digit discriminator.
