POE 2 - Higher tier supporter packs not available in PSN & in-game store

Hi! I purchased King of the Faridun pack on Playstation store to get access, and willing to upgrade it to higher tier early access supporter packs but those are not available even when I go to the in-game mtx store. I saw a thread suggesting to purchase it from PoE 1 store but I don't have access to it since PoE 1 console version is not available in the country my psn account is set to (South Korea).
Wondering if this is a known issue & the fix is on the way.

I'm eager to buy Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter XD, and I'm pretty sure there are many PS-only korean users that wanna do the same.
again, there's no PoE 1 MTX store in KR PSN.
help!
