Xyclucian, the Chimera Boss not dropping Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum (Poe 2)

Have been playing through act 3 for a while and wondering when I will get the ultimatum item.

Well after being towards the end of act 3 I decided to google where it was supposed to come from as I already found the altar of chaos.

Turns out the chimera boss was supposed to drop it but it never did.

Well the only thing I can do is hope for random drops of ultimatum orbs I suppose.

Still pretty annoying forcing me to skip the second ascendancy points until I find it, and then of course the ultimatum I get is one and done type of thing.

I think this might have occurred as I found the temple of chaos before finding the chimera perhaps?
