Party Bug - Stuck Downscaled

Im lvl 40, Helped a friend clear his Ascendency he was lvl 30

After leaving the party my charachter remains downscaled.

Trash mobs I was one-shotting take 3 hits to kill.

Tried logging, changing characters, changing scaling to prevent downscale, unfriending, regoing agroup, etc, no luck

Having the exact same issue here. Invited my lvl 30 friend to a party because I wanted to trade him some items I didn't need. Traded him after killing some mobs around us to give him the loot, left party and teleported back to town. Noticed I was still scaled down and my health displays 1607/2143 and won't fill to max. The health bar shows as ~75% full with the rest as "grey" health. I'm level 74.

Things I've tried to fix the issue with no luck:

* Used the waypoint to teleport to acts in normal and cruel as well as my endgame Hideout.

* Tried entering a map(lost tower) to see if I would be scaled back.

* Tried taking damage to see if the health bar would reset - stats are screwed and everything almost 1-shots me.

* Returning to character screen and joining a session again.

* Logging out of the game and re-logging.

* Joining a friends party who was level 69 to see if I would scale to his level.

* Slamming my face against the 1 key and praying that my health increases back.

* Disabling level downscaling in the "Game" tab in settings and joining another players party(low and high level) as well as re-logging.
