PLEASE HELP, cant get back to endgame

I left the endgame to look at a trial. Now I cant get back. I go to the teleporter, click endgame and EVERYHING I am clicking on the map does nothign. I click town/portal and it brings me back to whatever zone im in. I legit cant play the game and have no idea if its a bug, what to do or who to contact.

ok ignore this. I googled it and found a TON of people having this issue, then someone said you need to go to act 3, not end game. Fix this its stilly

Portal to "The Drowned City (Present)" then walk North West into the Ziggurat Refuge. Dont go up the stairs.
