POE 2 Character Bricked in Act 1 Cruel starting Area, cannot leave

I already beat this area, I went to Act 3 to respec my tree, I accidently did not meet the int requirement for my gems so I cannot cast a single spell. I tped to Act 1's cruels beginning.

My TP got disabled when I did this and I cannot leave the area. It is impossible for me to attack any enemies and the area cannot be left without killing the boss.

I was able to get out of the area by inviting someone to a party and tping to them which over-rode the diabled tp button
