Cast on minion death broken

Raging spirits sometimes will and sometimes wont proc cast on minion death.

have the same issue and there is nothing in the patch notes, yesterday it worked greatly

nvm it is working but after flame wall is casting on cast on minion death, there will be no SRS out of the flame wall
