"Invalid" Key

Hey, yesterday I was checking my poe account and just saw this tab "Path of Exile 2 Early Access"

when I entered i saw a PoE 2 key (and got so happy xD by the way)

I redeemed on steam, downloaded it and it was ready to play, ok.

But when i entered in the game it says that my "account doesnt have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Redeem an Early Access key on our website or purchase access now".


But I just redemeed it, what can i do? Please

@edit2 Just saw my email too, with a confirmation that i activated PoE 2 successfully, got a confirmation code also, if needed

so, still no answer and im with the same problem :sadge:

same problem here I received the key by a purchase and 2 weeks ago and level to 40, and today I started and '' it said that i dont have the early access key''

received a +1 key from my friend's supporter pack yesterday.

same issue,

- redeemed fine on steam
- downloaded on steam
- installed on steam
- launched from steam

- pressed login, redirected to pathofexile.com
- logged in existing account, asked to validate email link
- clicked email link, page had confirm button, clicked confirm button
- back to game, "no early access key linked"

- checked account page -> early access : "no key linked"
- checked account page -> connections : correct steam id, links to my steam profile
- checked shop -> redeem key : entered same key successfully used on steam, "invalid key"

- sent support mail, hoping i can play before real launch. :)

Same problem, I wanted to play today but I can not more, according to the site my key is invalid while I played 11 hours and I bought the game on Instant Gaming.
