Iron Reflexes Bug

after respecing to remove the iron reflex node, the game says my evasion chance is 0% despite having 406 evade.

to add to this, swapping points INTO Iron reflexes also reflects no changes to my evasion or armor ratings. relog does not seem to resolve.
