Purity of Fire Scepter Skill - Minions Affected Despite Insufficient Strength

Scepters with the Purity of Fire Aura (implicit skill) have attribute requirements based on skill level. When the player lacks the required Strength, the aura is correctly disabled for the player. However, Minions still receive the aura's effect even if the player doesn't meet the attribute requirements.

This behavior seems inconsistent, as the aura should not affect Minions when it’s inactive for the player.
