Didnt get spirit from a1 quest

I fought with King in the Mist, killed him, he dropped green item which should provide spirit but I wasnt able to use when I tried, than game crashed and when Im log in back quest was done but no rewards for me. Please investigate it.

I tried to do it again but since quest is completed there is no ritual altars in instance.... so probably lost it.

I've ran into something similar. Now my character is permanently handicapped because I can't get the remaining 30 spirit I need for my build.

Someone on an Act 3 post said they were able to resolve by walking from town :(
