Broken flask charges gained passives

Hi I've been testing pathfinder and flask stuff. I found the small passive leading upto connected chemistry is not increasing charges gained on character screen. I also had same issue with the small nodes leading up to potent concoctions notable. Not sure if just a bug on character screen but charges gained was not notable when specced into it thanks.

I also believe connected chemistry is not giving 50% more charges

Experiencing same bug here. Flask buffs not applied.

GGG, I also believe there is a bug here. Can you please test to confirm sources of "increased flask charges gained" is working as intended?

I'm heavily invested into flask charge gain at the moment, but still run out of mana flask charges in 17 seconds when spamming my poisonous concoction. I have tested this "time until I run out of mana flask charges" with a bunch of different setups, including no investment into flask charges, and it always ends up around 17s. Something feels wrong here.
