As the subject states, email is bugged you receive a bounce back message 24h after sending an email to support.

Got the exact issue, here is the reply:
The response was: The user you are trying to contact is receiving mail at a rate that prevents additional messages from being delivered. Please resend your message at a later time. If the user is able to receive mail at that time, your message will be delivered. For more information, go to https://support.google.com/mail/?p=ReceivingRate basically, too many emails. I believe they should implement a better ticketing system if our requests end up being lost this way |

This needs to be bumped to the top over and over, I have a friend that needs a refund from the EA signup on the website so he can purchase it on the playstation instead. He can't email them to get any assistance because of this.
And to top it off their support keeps replying in threads telling people to email their support. They seriously need to hire more support staff, this is pitiful support. |

What a nice system. The site bugged out and I bought the same supporter package twice. One time in $ one time in €. I wrote to support, was supposed to answer them but I can not answer them bcs of the limit. Guess the problem is not getting resolved bcs I cant reply |

I get early access has bugs.
I don't get why my threads are deleted when asking if they can actually do anything through this section of the forums for us. It is insulting to have copy and pasted responses to every single issue no matter what is bugged. They just simply clear the threads than move or erase them if you ask follow up questions. The funny thing is these are all old issues that most of us are having where the moderators appeared to fix these simple problems on the developers end fast for people through this section of the forums. This company is literally asking us to essential mail bomb their email so it doesn't work. Than tells you to keep doing it. It's funny and sad all at once. |

I contacted support because Steam automatically logged me into linked account without coins and I realized it later on after playing for few days...
