Path of Exile 2 - The Hammer of Kamasa - unable to pickup

Boss died with me, while i was respawned above the bossroom boss died again next to dam at the arena start. Arena entrance disappeared so only way to get the quest item was to reset whole area and kill the boss again.
Please keep the arena entrance active.
