lost ascendancy points

So in poe 2 i completed a 2 floor sanctum and got 0 ascendancy points for it. I already hate that i have to do either sanctum or ultimatum for ascendancy and now this? Come on.

Same here. The shrine was lighted up but I could not interact with it and my passive ascendancy tree has 0 points awarded for completing the entire thing. I had another go at it but I failed half way and I have no way of re-doing it anymore until I farm for it again.

I did the 3rd ascendancy and didnt get any ascendancy points. I have another one for ultimatum (7 trails) and now it says i got no points for completing it again????
