[PoE2] Boss Icons not marked as completed

The boss icons (Skull with Plus) on the map for the two bosses below do not update to the gray completed state after killing them and using the drop items for their permanent buffs (the buffs are applied correctly)

A1 Cruel - Ogham Manor - Candlemass, The Living Rite
A3 Cruel - The Azak Bog - Ignagduk, The Bog Witch

Not being marked complete for me either.

Rootdredge, sandswept marsh for me as well not updating.

Also not showing that I did Bog Witch, beat her again afterwards, still nothing changed.

Same for me:

Rootdredge, ACTE 3 Cruel

Some of the above have been issues for me. Picking up all of the items fixed most of them. Cruel Rootdredge is still not marked as completed though :(
