Crowbell Bugged

Hello, I was fighting Crowbell and he bugged when he went to get the bell and would not move and I could only get him to low health and he became invincible. I could not respawn. Logging out and changing characters did not help. Any Ideas?

Playing as a warrior, was using Rolling Slam on Crowbell. Before he took the bell, he just stopped moving. He continued taking damage until about 5% health, then became invulnerable.

Can't portal out of the area either to reset the instance since it's considered a boss fight.

I walked back to Crowbell's original spawn location and back and he began moving, taking the bell and carrying to the next location.

I damaged it down to 10% and the bird refuses to take the bell, just tries to kill me while being invulnerable.
