Bug - explosive shot - weapon swap

If i use explosive shot while having my other weopon set to make it swap to crossbow and use explisve shot, the character change weopon set to crosbow but become unable to perform action and is locked into a slow movement animation unless i dodge roll

i have the same problem. have set up explosive shot but cant use
